When uploading documents for your WOSB/EDWOSB application, please upload one document at a time. Presently the system appears that it will allow you to upload multiple documents before selecting save it will only maintain the last document uploaded before you clicked save. So, for example if you are uploading the last 3 years of taxes (2019, 2018, 2017), you should upload 2017 select save then repeat the upload process again for the 2018 and 2019 document.

When you are uploading documents, please do not utilize any special characters in your document titles. We apologize for any inconvenience this system limitation is causing you. We are working towards a future solution to allow for multiple document uploads at once.
Also, if you fail to provide a document for each document placeholder (for example W2) you will receive an error message stating that you have not uploaded a required document.


Please Note: If for any reason you do not have a required document please upload a signed letter of explanation stating why you do not have the required document or why you feel the document is not applicable to you.
